A bargain break, close to Windermere in a lovely scenic spot called Troutbeck, just off the Kirkstone Pass (that winds over the hills taking you between Windermere and Ullswater) the Mortal Man Inn is a great accommodation choice - and you can get a room here, for TWO NIGHTS for up to two people (or have it to yourself) for just £169 through Wowcher (or just £89 for one night)

With gorgeous views all round, and a cosy room to get a great nights sleep in, it's an ideal spot for some great hikes right from your doorstep - and a fantastic beer garden to return to!

If you are looking to stay here at the Mortal Man Inn in the Lake District, simply head to Wowcher where you can choose your dates to stay and book online! It's £169 for two nights or £89 for one night on / from Sunday nights.  Other dates from Monday - Thursday are £20 more.  You also get a bottle of prosecco too.

Breakfast isn't included, but can be added for £10pp payable to the hotel.

The dates you can book Sunday - Thursday nights are from November to the end of March, so no weekend options unfortunately, but if you're able to make it midweek, this is a bargain way to have a few days in the Lakes!
