It makes for such a great time outdoors, is thrilling, challenging and more than anything, so much fun!  And if you're in the Lake District, there's TWO amazing forests to choose from to enjoy Going Ape at!  Grizedale Forest near Hawkshead and Whinlatter Forest near Keswick.
