An amazing stay for upto two people at the Lakeside Hotel and Spa, situated at Lakeside near Newby Bridge. With the lake, Windermere ferry terminal, aquarium and steam train station to Haverthwaite, literally steps away from the door, it's location is hard to beat! .. oh, and did we mention the hotel has lovely spa facilities too!
The one night offer from Secret Escapes can be booked online using their easy to use calendar system to check availability and prices. It's £149 for Sunday / Monday night stays, £159 for the rest of the week and slightly more for weekend stays
They do have upgrade and two night options also, but if you were after a two night break, Travelzoo's offer is better.

The fine print at Travelzoo states children cannot stay as part of this offer. However, if you wish to bring a dog, dogs can stay for £25 per night, per dog, including a doggy breakfast. The hotel has dining facilities so guests can take their dog down to dinner with them.
